Most of our clients workout at home, 3-4 days per week.
We build the workouts for you, so if you'd like gym programming or anything, we got you.
Yes - we program all our clients programs in our private DataFit app.
Workouts, nutrition, habits and more are all on your dashboard so you can put your head down and execute - while your steps, body weight, nutrition, progress photos and gym performance will all be logged for easy monitoring by your coach (and you!) over time.
All of our programs are month to month. We used to require a minimum 6 month commitment, but unfortunately as time goes on many people are made promises by other programs that leave them worse off. Love it or leave it - we want people that want to be here!
It's a fraction of the cost of seeing a personal trainer a couple times per week.
Not to mention we cover the other 23 hours of your day - nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.
You have access to us around the clock, not just at preset times each week.

A few things...
First - We leave no stone unturned. We are fully equipped and capable to address nutrition, exercise, hormones, functional nutrition & supplementation, and mindset & behavior change. Many specialists focus on one area and leave the rest hanging - we see the entire picture to make sure you finally get the results you deserve.
All our clients get a dedicated 1-on-1 coach. You will have a weekly check in and get daily access to them to address anything as it comes up (exercise reviews, workout substitutions, coaching around mindset and emotional eating, game planning a menu for your social event)
Second - We are a science-backed, data-driven team, meaning we track metrics (movement, nutrition, habits, bloodwork, and more) to make the best decisions possible for you. This also drives the interventions we take on mindset and behavior change - we are utilizing the best case practices that give you the highest chance of success long-term.
Third - We take a values oriented approach to fitness - meaning we help you find your north star in how you want to live, look, and feel to drive your own internal compass long-term. This isn't a fad, 60 day crash diet - it's a lifestyle that actually improves your mental health alongside your physical.
If we're a good fit, we'll send over all onboarding steps and get you added to our app.
This includes a comprehensive intake covering your history, habits, lifestyle, workload, home life, and any bloodwork or labs you may have already.
From here, we will map out your entire journey with us, order additional labs (as needed), and schedule your 1:1 onboarding call to review and get started.

The industry has made many people believe they "should" be able to do this on their own, and I'm sure you've had temporary success in the past.
If something worked - there's no "but" after. You don't need to go back to that approach, you need a coach to help you find an approach that actually works long term (yes, even when life gets crazy).
Our coaching isn't about what to do - yes, we optimize your routine and targets, but it's about coaching you through how to stick with it long term and keep your results while enjoying your life.
