Most programs give you a meal plan and workout routine, then leave you alone. We provide weekly 1:1 coaching with real-time adjustments. We integrate mindset work from day one. And we teach you principles, not just instructions - so you can self-coach forever.
Most of our clients work full time demanding careers while juggling kids. The program requires 60-90 minutes per week for workouts plus a few minutes for app engagement. That's it. We build flexibility into everything because we understand how crazy life can be. Most Strong Moms get time back in their life because they drop the mental overwhelm and second guessing and know exactly what to focus on.
You won't be alone this time. Weekly coaching means we catch problems early and adjust as needed. We work through those all-or-bothing patterns with built-in flexibility (Plans A, B, C) so "failure" becomes "adjustment."

No. Nothing is off-limits. We teach you how to fit the foods you love into a flexible plan. Our clients eat pizza, drink wine, and travel internationally without giving up their results.
Do I have to track my food? I hate it.
Most people have not used food tracking the right way. If it fits into a larger plan, is simplified down to what ACTUALLY matters, and is used as a tool, not a crutch, it becomes incredibly valuable.
We utilize modified food tracking with most clients but don't require tracking every gram of food forever.
That being said, if you have a strong resistance to it, we can explore alternative options.
Yes. We've worked with women ages 30-68, through perimenopause, menopause, injuries, autoimmune conditions, and more. We adjust the program to YOUR body, and have partnerships if more specialized care is needed.
