I've tried everything. What makes this different?

Most programs give you a meal plan and workout routine, then leave you alone. We provide weekly 1:1 coaching with real-time adjustments. We integrate mindset work from day one. And we teach you principles, not just instructions - so you can self-coach forever.

How much time does this take?

Most of our clients work full time demanding careers while juggling kids. The program requires 60-90 minutes per week for workouts plus a few minutes for app engagement. That's it. We build flexibility into everything because we understand how crazy life can be. Most Strong Moms get time back in their life because they drop the mental overwhelm and second guessing and know exactly what to focus on.

What if I fail again?

You won't be alone this time. Weekly coaching means we catch problems early and adjust as needed. We work through those all-or-bothing patterns with built-in flexibility (Plans A, B, C) so "failure" becomes "adjustment."

The only way you won't succeed is if we can't get ahold of you, because we can meet you where you are, no matter where that is.

Will I have to give up foods I love?

No. Nothing is off-limits. We teach you how to fit the foods you love into a flexible plan. Our clients eat pizza, drink wine, and travel internationally without giving up their results.

Do I have to track my food? I hate it.

Most people have not used food tracking the right way. If it fits into a larger plan, is simplified down to what ACTUALLY matters, and is used as a tool, not a crutch, it becomes incredibly valuable.

We utilize modified food tracking with most clients but don't require tracking every gram of food forever.

That being said, if you have a strong resistance to it, we can explore alternative options.

I'm over 40 / perimenopausal / have hormone issues. Will this work?

Yes. We've worked with women ages 30-68, through perimenopause, menopause, injuries, autoimmune conditions, and more. We adjust the program to YOUR body, and have partnerships if more specialized care is needed.

I've heard coaching is expensive

Compared to what? You've spent hundreds if not thousands on programs, supplements, and random memberships that didn't work. This is the last one you'll need. What's that worth?

We offer financing through Affirm and accept HSA/FSA for maximum affordability, and the investment is a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer - with a lot more included.

I already know what to do, I just need to stick with it

If you knew what and HOW to do it, you wouldn't be reading this right now.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Things may have "worked" in the past temporarily - but if you couldn't maintain it, it was the wrong system for you.
