The Struggle Was Real

Before joining the Strong Mom Collective, Corie was living in a body that felt like it was failing her.

She was hiding from photos. Skipping social events because she felt so uncomfortable in her own skin. She couldn't lift her kids without struggling. The daily activities that should have been simple—carrying groceries, playing with her children, getting through the day—left her completely exhausted.

As a mom with three kids under three years old, she desperately needed energy and strength. Instead, she was running on empty.

"I had a hard time lifting my kids. I had a hard time participating in all of the activities of my day. I did not have the energy to get through my day," Corie shared.

And like so many moms, she was skeptical about investing in another program. Would it actually work? Would it be worth the money? Or would it be just another thing that didn't fit her chaotic, ever-changing life?

What Made This Different

Corie took the leap anyway. And what she found was completely different from anything she'd tried before.

"The difference between just having a cookie-cutter resource versus this one-on-one is Herman really listened to what was going on in my life at the time," she explained.

With three kids under three, Corie's life was fluid. Unpredictable. Constantly changing.

She didn't need someone to hand her a rigid meal plan and workout schedule. She needed someone who understood that her life was chaos—and could help her figure out how to make sustainable progress anyway.

"He helped me brainstorm a lot of things on how to adapt the knowledge to my lifestyle. It wasn't really so much a lack of knowledge, but like, how can we make this happen for me?"

That's the difference between information and transformation.

Corie didn't need more information about what to do. She needed someone to help her figure out how to actually do it in her real life, with her real constraints.

The Transformation

The results speak for themselves.

Physical Changes:

  • Jean size dropped significantly—she had to buy an entire new wardrobe

  • Went from barely being able to function to being the strongest she's ever been in her life

  • Can now carry all three of her kids, her pool bag, and a picnic bag of food to the car (over 100 pounds total)—something she absolutely could not do before

Energy & Lifestyle:

  • Energy levels completely transformed

  • Can get through the day and actually enjoy it instead of just surviving

  • No longer consumed by constant thoughts about losing weight

  • Can go to social events and enjoy her life without anxiety

  • Built a sustainable path that works for the long haul

Mindset Shift:

  • No longer hiding from photos

  • No longer skipping social events

  • Feels comfortable and confident in her body

  • Signed up for a sprint triathlon—and completed it with a smile on her face

  • Then signed up for an Olympic triathlon

The Moment That Changed Everything

There was one moment that crystallized the entire transformation for Corie.

"I was at the pool and I lifted all three of my kids and my pool bag and the picnic bag of food and I could carry them all to the car. That's like probably over 100 pounds worth of stuff and I could do it. And I was so happy that my body could do that. 'Cause it absolutely could not have done that before the beginning of the program."

This wasn't about fitting into smaller jeans (though that happened too).

This was about being able to show up fully in her life as a mom.

"It's about being able to participate in motherhood to the full capacity that I want to," Corie said.

What She Wishes Other Moms Knew

When asked what she'd tell other moms considering the program, Corie was clear:

"They're gonna help you navigate how to lose weight, how to maintain that, and how to keep a healthy lifestyle—not only at this current season, but for the rest of your life."

She also emphasized something crucial: the program helps you sort through all the noise.

"They're gonna start helping you sort through a lot of the fluff that's out there, a lot of the information that is inaccurate, and they're gonna help you identify what's gonna work and what's not gonna work. And it's so nice to be able to have that."

Her final message to other moms?

"Wherever you're at in your journey or wherever you're coming from, I truly think that they're gonna be a really good fit for you."

The Bottom Line

Corie didn't need more discipline.

She didn't need another rigid meal plan or extreme workout program.

She needed a system that actually fit her life. Someone who would listen to her specific situation and help her make sustainable progress—even with three kids under three, even with a schedule that changed constantly, even when life felt completely chaotic.

And that's exactly what she got.

More than anything, it's just my energy levels. It's being able to get through the day and enjoy the day. And not just be completely exhausted and also just have a very sustainable path where I can go out to social events and enjoy my life, but also just not be completely occupied with 'how am I gonna lose the weight?'"

That's what transformation actually looks like.

Not perfection. Not obsession. Just sustainable progress that lets you show up fully in your life.
