Part 2 of the 4 Levels of Dieting.

Level 3 = Mastery. You're good at this. You have solutions. You're getting results. But fitness has become your whole identity—and it still isn't making you happy.

Level 4 = Integration. Food and fitness become just a part of your life. Not the whole thing.

The shift: Level 1 = food controls me. Levels 2-3 = I control food. Level 4 = food is part of my life.

Knowing Level 4 exists makes all the other stages easier to get through.
